With our groups Manpower, Commitment, and Enthusiasm we will have the opportunity to raise funds through our concession stand for our organization to help at-risk kids in the low income areas of DFW.
Bringing the Community Together
Mission of the project
Our mission is to give back to the at-risk youth and families in the low income communities across the DFW metroplex by hosting youth sport events.
OUR EFFORTS THAT WE WANT TO CONTINUE WITHIN OUR ORGANIZATION
Effort 1
We like to provide the at-risk kids within our organization with participation trophies that emphasize other values that are more important than winning, such as teamwork, sharing, and hardwork. Kids who receive the trophies learn the positive impacts of developing social skills, leading an active lifestyle, and trying new things.
Effort 2
We want to be able to expose the at-risk kids within our organization to experience fun activities such as going fishing, swimming, to haunted houses, game trucks, amusement parks etc.
Effort 3
We want to continue to provide the at-risk kids within our organization with top quality equipment such as football helmets and shoulder pads. We also want to help to create safer sports culture and communities through education by providing online training for the parents, coaches, our participants and our volunteers.
Effort 4
We want to provide our participants with the knowledge of how important it is to give back to their communities.
